- 1 oz of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon
- Use a blender to finely blend the oatmeal
- Add honey and lemon to the blended oatmeal in a bowl so as to attain a paste like consistency
- You can add more of honey and lemon until you attain the desired consistency
