Reverse Sun Damage in 35 Days – Naturally

Too much sun exposure can significantly damage human skin. The sun’s heat dries out areas of unprotected skin and depletes the skin’s supply of natural lubricating oils.

Skincare Regimen

The regimen includes the following treatments:

The regimen is divided into a morning and bedtime skincare routine.

Morning

Cleansing your skin in the morning and applying an efficacious sunscreen is essential to checking sun damage

Step One: Cleanse with the ReGlow Cleanser.

1). Grind 1/2 cup of Fuller’s earth to obtain a fine powder
2). Mix 1 tablespoon Honey, 1/2 teaspoon of Saffron with the powder
3). Add Rose water to the mixture until you get an acceptable consistency

On dry skin, apply a liberal amount of  the paste so as to coat the entire face (include the neck, if you experience breakouts on your neck), keep for 10 minutes  and rinse well. Pat skin dry and immediately follow with exfoliator.

Step Two: Thrice a week, (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) apply the Besan Turmeric Scrub in circular motions on the face and neck area.

1). Combine 1/2 cup Bengal Gram (Besan), 2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder, and 1/4 cup of Milk in a bowl and mix until smooth, adding a little water if necessary.
2). Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes after mixing.

Exfoliate your skin for 5 minutes on application of the paste. Leave it to dry and wash the face with warm water after 10 minutes.

Step Three: Apply a thin coat (dime-size amount) of Red Raspberry Sunscreen to entire face. Here’s how you make it:

1). Combine 1/2 cup olive oil,1/4 cup coconut oil,1/4 cup beeswax, 1 teaspoon Red Raspberry Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon Carrot Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil, 2 tablespoons Shea Butter in a pint sized or larger glass jar.
2). Fill a medium saucepan with a couple inches of water and place over medium heat.
3). Put a lid on the jar loosely and place in the pan with the water.
As the water heats, the ingredients in the jar will start to melt. Shake or stir occasionally to incorporate.
4). When all ingredients are completely melted, add 2 Tablespoons Zinc Oxide (non-nano), stir in well and pour into whatever jar or tin you will use for storage.
5). Small mason jars (pint size) are great for this. It will not pump well in a lotion pump!
6). Stir a few times as it cools to make sure zinc oxide is incorporated.
Use as you would regular sunscreen. Best if used within six months.

Night

It’s vital to wash your face and apply a skin revitalizing night cream to prepare your skin for optimal repair while you sleep.

Step One: Cleanse with the ReGlow Cleanser.

On dry skin, apply a liberal amount of  the paste so as to coat the entire face (include the neck, if you experience breakouts on your neck), keep for 5-10 minutes  and rinse well. Pat skin dry and immediately follow with night cream.

Step Two: For the first 4 days of the week (Monday-Thursday), apply the Revitalising Night Cream on a dry  face.

1). Blend some 5 soaked almonds to form a paste.
2). Mix and blend 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon saffron, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 7 teaspoon rose water and 2 tablespoon sandalwood powder with it.
3). It should be stored in refrigeration.

Don’t jump in bed immediately as some particles might rub off on your pillow. Let it dry for atleast 15 minutes before getting into bed.

Step Two: For the remaining 3 days (Friday-Sunday), apply the Green Tea Night Cream on a dry face using circular motions for maximum absorption.

Wait for 15 minutes before getting into bed.

1). Take 25 oz of pure beeswax and combine them with 1 oz almond oil, 1 oz coconut oil, 1 tsp of Rose hip seed oil in a double boiler, allowing it to melt.
2). Meanwhile take a cup of warm water and let a packet of green/white tea seep for a few minutes. Pour this mixture to the double boiler and mix. (If you are using a tea bag, open the bag and pour in the tea leaves too)
3). Once the beeswax melts let it cool for a minute or two, just enough to be able to strain through a fine sieve.
4). Whip this strained mixture using a hand blender until you reach a smooth, fluffy consistency
5). Store in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigeration as it will harden the mixture.
It will last more than a month with daily application.

This regimen when closely adhered to will ensure a marked improvement in your skin texture and overall appearance. You will notice a reduction in Dark Spots, Fine Lines and Visible Pores.
